Terms of Service

Heo is a personal finance app that helps you track expenses, budgets, and accounts, with AI features that turn text, voice, and receipts into transactions. Heo is a tracking tool, not financial, tax, or investment advice. Decisions you make based on the app are your own.

You sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for keeping access to that account secure and for the activity under your account. Tell us at support@heo.app if you think your account has been compromised.

The AI quick-add and receipt scanning are assistive. They can misread an amount, merchant, or date. Always check what the AI fills in before saving. You are responsible for the accuracy of your records. We are not liable for losses from a misparsed entry you did not correct.

Heo Pro is an optional subscription that unlocks extra features. Purchases are billed through your Apple App Store account and are subject to Apple's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Except where the law requires, payments are non-refundable; refund requests for App Store purchases go through Apple.

Your transactions, notes, and receipts are yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, sync, and process that content so the app works for you. We do not claim ownership of it.

Don't misuse Heo: no using it for unlawful activity, no breaking or overloading the service, no reverse engineering, and no accessing another person's account. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Heo is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable but can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that AI output and currency rates will always be correct. Use it at your own discretion.

To the extent the law allows, Heo and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data or money arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using Heo and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken. On termination, your right to use the app ends; our data handling continues as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms. When we do, we update the date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Heo after a change means you accept the updated terms.
