You can cancel anytime. There's no phone call and no retention maze. Your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
Web subscriptions
To cancel a plan you bought on the web, open Upgrade and choose Manage subscription. That opens the billing portal, where you can cancel or switch plans yourself.
If you subscribed through the iOS app, manage it in your Apple subscriptions instead. Apple owns that billing relationship and we can't cancel it for you.
Tip: Your access stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then stops. No further charges.
