Free PowerPoint to flashcards converter
Drop a .pptx and get flashcards in seconds. We read the slides and the speaker notes, which is where the real lecture usually lives. No signup, no card.
Free to use. Free to keep.
The tool needs no account. A free account saves every result, adds the full study kit, and syncs to your phone.
This free PowerPoint to flashcards converter turns a lecture deck into question-and-answer cards. Upload the .pptx your lecturer handed out. We read the text on every slide and the speaker notes underneath, then write one card per fact. A bullet-only deck often says very little on screen and everything in the notes, so both go in. No sign up and no card.

Why use this powerpoint to flashcards
Slides and speaker notes
We read both. On a deck that is all bullets, the notes are the lecture.
One fact per card
Short cards are the ones you still answer on review day. Each card asks one thing.
Export to Anki or CSV
Copy the deck, download a CSV, or take the Anki file. Free, and no account for any of it.
Then study it for real
Sign up free to save the deck and drill it on an FSRS schedule, so cards return right before you forget them.
Who it's for
University students
Every lecture arrives as a .pptx. Turn one into a deck in the time it takes to open it.
Pre-med and med students
A 90-slide pathology deck becomes cards without you typing for an hour.
Teachers
Build a card set from the deck you already taught, then hand it to the class.
Questions
How do I turn a PowerPoint into flashcards?
Upload the .pptx above and press the button. The AI reads every slide, plus the speaker notes, and writes question-and-answer cards.
Do you read the speaker notes?
Yes. On a bullet-only deck the notes carry the whole lecture, so dropping them would waste the best part of the file.
What about .ppt or Keynote?
Open the file and save it as .pptx first. In Keynote choose File, Export To, PowerPoint. Old .ppt files store text in a format we cannot read.
My slides are pictures. Will it work?
No. A deck of images has no text to find. Export it as a PDF and use the PDF tool, which reads page images with AI.
Is it free?
Yes, no account and no card. Sign up free to save the deck and drill it with real spaced repetition.
Study it on your phone too
