Report content
People can publish study notes at public links on Synapsi. If a shared note infringes your copyright, exposes private information, or breaks our terms, tell us and we will review it.
What you can report
- Copyright infringement (a note built from a work you own).
- Private or personal information published without consent.
- Abusive, harmful, or illegal content.
How to report
Email legal@synapsi.guru with the link to the shared note and a short description of the problem. The mail link opens a pre-filled template you can complete.
Copyright (DMCA)
For a copyright claim, include: identification of the copyrighted work, the exact URL of the infringing note, your contact details, a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized, a statement under penalty of perjury that your report is accurate, and your physical or electronic signature. We remove valid claims and notify the person who published the note, who may file a counter-notice.
What happens next
We acknowledge reports within two business days, review them, and remove or restrict content that breaks the rules. People who repeatedly publish infringing content lose access.
