Free AI medical flashcard maker
Upload a med school lecture deck, a PDF, or paste your notes. You get question-and-answer cards built from that lecture, ready to drill or export to Anki. No signup, no card.
Free to use. Free to keep.
The tool needs no account. A free account saves every result, adds the full study kit, and syncs to your phone.
This free medical flashcard maker turns a med school lecture into cards. Upload the slide deck with its speaker notes, a PDF handout, or paste your notes. The AI writes one short question per fact, and the server checks each card against a quote from your lecture. Edit any card, practice on the page, or download an Anki .apkg. It is built for your own lectures, not a ready-made question bank.
Give it your source
Paste your notes, a transcript, or an article, paste a YouTube link, upload a PDF, a doc, slides or an ebook, upload a photo of the page, or paste a link to a public web page. No account needed.
Run the tool
The AI reads your source on our server and writes the result. A long file takes a little longer.
Study or save
Use it right away, or save it to a free library and get the full study kit from the same source.
Why use this medical flashcards
Made from your lectures
Slides, speaker notes, PDFs, and your own notes. The cards match what your school teaches.
One fact per card
Short cards are the ones you can still answer on a heavy review day.
Edit before you drill
Change a card, add one, or remove one under All cards. Every mode and export uses your edits.
Real Anki export
Download a .apkg deck, or a .txt that Anki and Quizlet import.
Who it's for
Preclinical med students
Turn each lecture into a deck the same night, before the next block starts.
Step 1 studiers
Make cards from your weak-topic notes, so review is about your own gaps.
PA and other health students
Any lecture deck or handout works, not only med school ones.
Questions
How do I turn a lecture into flashcards?
Upload the lecture deck (.pptx works, and the speaker notes are read too), a PDF, or paste your notes. Press Make flashcards. The AI writes one card per fact from that lecture.
Will this help with USMLE Step 1?
It helps you learn your own lecture material. The cards come only from what you upload. They are not official or past USMLE questions, and the tool does not know what will be on the exam.
How many cards per lecture?
Up to 12 per run, fewer for a short source. A long deck is best split by topic. A long PDF is read up to a page limit, and the result tells you when it stopped early.
Can I export to Anki?
Yes. Download an Anki deck (.apkg), or a .txt file Anki and Quizlet import. CSV, Markdown, JSON, and print work too.
Should I trust every card?
Each card is checked against a quote from your source, and one that cannot be traced back is dropped. Still, read each card once and fix anything under All cards. Your course material is the reference.
Is it free?
Yes, no account and no card. There is a small daily limit on free runs. Sign up free to keep the deck and get spaced review.
