This free PowerPoint to notes converter turns lecture slides into study notes. Upload a .pptx or paste a Google Slides link. The AI reads every slide and the speaker notes, then writes each topic as a heading with short bullet points, in the order of the deck. Read them as an outline, listen to them, or press one button to make flashcards or a quiz from the same slides. No sign up and no card.

Why use this powerpoint to notes

Slides and speaker notes

Both are read. A bullet-only deck often keeps the real lecture in the notes.

PPTX or Google Slides

Upload the file, or paste a Slides link shared as anyone with the link.

In the order of the deck

The notes follow the slides from the first to the last, so they match the lecture.

Cards and quiz next

One click turns the same deck into flashcards, a quiz, key points, or a mind map.

Who it's for

University students

Every lecture comes as slides. Turn this week's deck into notes you can read in one sitting.

Students who missed a class

The slides and their speaker notes become the notes you did not take.

Teachers

Give the class a written version of the deck you presented.

Questions

How do I turn PowerPoint slides into notes?

Upload the .pptx file above, or paste a Google Slides link, and press Make notes. The AI reads every slide and the speaker notes, then writes each topic as a heading with the main points under it.

Does it read the speaker notes?

Yes. Many decks show a few words on the slide and keep the real lecture in the notes, so both go in.

Does a Google Slides link work?

Yes, when the deck is shared as anyone with the link. Open Share in Google Slides, set General access to anyone with the link, then copy the link and paste it here.

What about .ppt or Keynote files?

Open a .ppt file in PowerPoint and save it as .pptx first. In Keynote choose File, Export To, PowerPoint. The old .ppt format stores text in a way we cannot read.

My slides are all pictures. Will it work?

No. A deck of images has no text to read. Export it as a PDF and use the PDF to notes tool, which can read page images with AI.

Is it free?

Yes, no account and no card, with a small daily limit on free runs. Sign up free to keep the notes and get flashcards and a quiz on a review schedule.
